DISPUTE RESOLUTION SKILLS

Required Courses
One of the following is required:

Administrative Law: Fair Hearing, plus 5-credit elective
General Jurisdiction, plus 5-credit elective
(5-credit elective not required if three-week
General Jurisdiction taken)
Special Court Jurisdiction, plus 5-credit elective
Special Court Jurisdiction: Advanced, plus 5-credit elective

Two of the following are required:

Administrative Law: Advanced
Administrative Law: Utility Regulatory Adjudication
Advanced Mediation: Practical Skills and Techniques
Civil Mediation
Dispute Resolution Skills
Mediation for Administrative Law Judges

After completing the requirements, any additional courses from the list above may be applied as elective courses (5 credits each).

An additional 15 credits are required.
