As auto traffic fatalities have decreased in the last ten years, motorcycle fatalities have actually gone up. In this NHTSA sponsored webinar, Judge Peter Evans will address the issues surrounding these special vehicles and their riders. We will look at some national motorcycle crash statistics, motorcycle rider profiles and common risk behaviors. Additionally, we will examine what constitutes impaired riding clues and suggest some effective sentencing alternatives.
