Participants will also learn about different cultures and their impact on the administrative hearing; and reduce bias and prejudice to maintain the integrity of the administrative process. Participants will have weekly assignments, online group discussions and six live Web conferences with the faculty. It is anticipated that judges will spend between five and six hours on lessons per week. On Friday of each week of the course, the faculty will deliver a live one-hour Web conference.
