This course offers specialized training in handling high-volume caseloads for administrative law adjudicators. It is designed to help administrative law judges ensure that the constitutional requirements of due process are met at all hearings while maintaining efficiency and fairness. Other topics include preparing and delivering oral decisions, writing concise opinions, assessing the credibility of witnesses, handling self-represented litigants and managing caseloads in a timely manner.
Qualifies as a requirement for the Certificate in
Judicial Development, Administrative Law Adjudication Skills program.
