Experienced administrative law judges and hearing officers will be able to apply due process and other constitutional developments affecting administrative adjudication; integrate recent evidentiary developments into their proceedings; and reevaluate pre-hearing and post-hearing procedures in their hearings.

Qualifies for 2 credits toward the Judicial Studies degree and as a requirement in the Certificate in Judicial
Development, Administrative Law Adjudication Skills and the Dispute Resolution Skills programs.
