Do you know federal law trumps state law when handling commercial vehicle law violations? Receive up-to-date information on commercial drivers’ license laws including DUI differences and conviction reporting. For those participants chosen, the course is fully funded (tuition, transportation, lodging, meals). In exchange, the participant agrees to make at least one follow-up presentation in their jurisdiction.
