2/29/2008 Each year, The National Judicial College focuses on what we can do to help ensure a brighter future for not only the judges who walk through our doors, but also for the judicial community and our nation as a whole. The educational programs and courses that we offer today, directly affect the future of courtrooms across the country. The NJC’s alumni, who have all benefited from our instruction, truly recognize us as a leader in providing judicial education that impacts us all. Alumni like Hon. I. Vincent Case, Jr. from Douglas, Wyoming who said this about the NJC,“Each year, I look forward to attending a course through the NJC. The content of the classes and quality of the instructors are simply superb.” We also know that we could not be where we are today without the generosity of our alumni, faculty and friends. The NJC faculty value their role at The National Judicial College by donating their time to provide quality classroom instruction to our attendees. In addition to our faculty, thousands of alumni and friends have donated to the NJC over the years and we truly appreciate the generosity of every dollar we receive. We ask for a gift every year because, as with most fields of study, judicial education is constantly evolving. In order for us to stay ahead of the curve, the NJC needs to evolve as well. New programs, new initiatives and enhancing our current course of study takes time and money. We need to stay ahead of the latest trends so our nation’s judges can be looking to the future – and not be stuck in the past. As a nonprofit organization, the NJC needs donor support. Your support of the NJC not only directly affects the thousands of judges who look to us to help them be more effective adjudicators, it also benefits hundreds of communities across the nation as a result of having well-educated judges presiding over their courtrooms. You can play an integral role in shaping the future of judicial education by making a gift to the NJC today. Simply click here where you will be redirected to our secure online donation page. Thank you in advance for your sincere consideration of this appeal and for choosing to support a brighter future for judicial education.
Sincerely,
William F. Dressel
