Consider the NJC at Year End

10/1/2007

“The need for quality judicial education is a constant and gifts from donors allow the NJC to provide the best education available,” Judge Karen Hunt, Alaska

As you think about year-end giving, we hope you’ll consider The National Judicial College. Feedback from donors, such as Judge Hunt, an NJC participant and faculty member who has donated to the College consistently for more than 20 years, supports the value of quality, continuing judicial education.

Giving to the NJC at Year End'

Recently, Judge Hunt said, “There is only one NJC, and this organization is the only place for judges to come together and obtain a national perspective on local issues. I know that my donations to the NJC make a huge impact across the country.”
At the NJC, the variety of topics that judges can choose from range from Advanced Evidence, to General Jurisdiction and Ethics and Bias. Click here for a listing of 2008 courses. More than 3,000 participants a year attend NJC courses at our state-of-the-art building in Reno, Nevada, and across the country in desirable locations as part of the NJC’s Seminar Series.

Donors can take pride in knowing that their gifts play a direct role in providing judges with the knowledge and skills they need to uphold democracy and the rule of law. As a non-profit organization, the NJC relies on support from donors like you to continue providing excellent judicial education programs. When you think about supporting an organization at year end, we hope you will think about The National Judicial College and the impact you can make on the future of justice.
