The National Judicial College under a grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance is pleased to announce the release of its newest publication Court Organization and Effective Caseflow Management: Time to Redefine. Written by NJC President William F. Dressel, the 30-page publication reviews what has been done in the caseflow management area in order to define what courts need to do for the future.
