Judge Efrain Alvarado will do a 75-minute webcast on Judicial Independence. Judicial Independence is a recognized principle that individual judges must decide matters before them on the merits, not outside influences. This webcast will explore what that means, the current views of judicial immunity, and factors that contribute or detract from judicial independence.
