One of the following is required:

Two of the following are required:

  • Current Issues in the Law
  • Decision Making
  • Ethical Issues in the Law: A Novel Approach
  • Judicial Philosophy and American Law
  • Judicial Writing
  • Logic and Opinion Writing
  • Today’s Justice
  • When Justice Fails: Threats to the Independence of the Judiciary

After completing the requirements, any additional courses from the list above may be applied as elective courses (5 credits each).
