As the number of self-represented litigants in hearing rooms and courtrooms across the country grows, judges can be tasked with educating courtroom participants on rules and procedures, ensuring dockets move expeditiously while maintaining fairness, and managing challenging personalities. In this webcast, NJC faculty Kelly Tait and Judge David Suntag will share some best practices to make this process easier.
