Judges have worked for years to ensure they possess and utilize the necessary bench skills to conduct a fair hearing.  While many hearings and trials continue to be conducted as in-person proceedings, since the COVID-19 pandemic there has been a greater reliance on remote hearings across all court divisions.  This presents new challenges for judges on how to conduct and control a remote hearing.  During this session ,the presenters will discuss best practices, strategies, and tips on how to conduct a remote hearing.
