The National Judicial College recognizes that impaired driving is a significant cause of auto crashes, and drugged driving is impaired driving, whether caused by illegal or “street†drugs, over-the-counter drugs, or prescription drug use. To this end, NJC is seeking your input on an updated curriculum for judges on the topic of drugged driving. To inform our curriculum, we are seeking input from a variety of professions including judicial educators, adjudicators, court administrators, and others who may wish to contribute.
This survey consists of 6 questions and should take you about 5-10 minutes to complete. We are not collecting any personally identifying information and responses will be reported in the aggregate for curriculum development purposes. The survey may be accessed at the following link:
