The nation’s leader in judicial education is looking for an experienced professional to join its fundraising team as a full time Fundraising Developer. This position fulfills the exciting role of supporting management in fundraising activities that include: writing foundation proposals, performing fundraising analytics and producing donor-centric engagement materials.

In addition, this individual will coordinate fundraising events especially as the National Judicial College approaches its upcoming 60th anniversary. 

The ideal qualified candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, public relations or related field, required
  • Two (2) years of experience in a fundraising position, required
  • One (1) years of experience as a successful event coordinator, required
  • One (1) year of experience as a grant writer, preferred
  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work proficiently in a customer Relations Management Database (Bloomerang experience, preferred)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
