Maison Margaux is a modern French fusion brasserie led by Chef David Fhima. It opened in the bustling North Loop on First Street in 2023, taking over the historic industrial building that once housed Ribnick Luxury Outerwear, the Twin Cities’ last operating furrier. According to the Maison Margaux team, the multi-level space underwent a major renovation to include different dining experiences: the sleek Salon Rouge underground (styled to “resemble the French catacombs,” sans skulls), the classically Parisian main dining room and a “theater kitchen” that guests can look into from all angles. - Monte Carlo – Reservation for 10 at 7:30 pm, 219 Third Avenue N, Minneapolis 55401

Spoon and Stable is a restaurant located in what was once a horse stable, dating back to 1906, in the heart of the North Loop Neighborhood. It is the dream of Chef/Owner Gavin Kaysen, a James Beard award-winning chef to bring his talents back home to Minneapolis, where he grew up. The cuisine is focused on the seasonality of the Midwest, the roots of the local culture and technically inspired by the French cuisine for which Chef Kaysen is known. - Vinai –Â Reservation for 12Â at 8:00pm, 1300 NE 2nd St., Minneapolis, MN 55413
Vinai the restaurant (pronounced VEE-nye) is named after the Ban Vinai Refugee Camp in Thailand— the place where Chef Yia Vang’s parents met and the place he was born. Ban Vinai, the refugee camp, served as a place of safety, reunification, and restoration. Vinai, the restaurant, serves as a love letter from Yia to his parents. It serves as an homage to Hmong culture and history. And it serves as a place of restoration, a place where we invite you to celebrate, honor, and illuminate stories of your own through the universal language of food.
