Many instructors utilize narrative outlines for materials without really considering how their learners will use the materials.

The vast majority of learners never read the narrative outlines despite their best intentions. This webinar will showcase materials that can be used during the course of instruction (e.g., use of blank lines for filling in missing information, exercises built into the materials, etc.). Likewise, materials can be effective reference tools once the learners return to their own jurisdictions (e.g., court checklists, annotated bibliographies, etc.).
