You may be interested in the National Association of Hearing Official’s Professional Development Conference Sept. 10-13, 2017, at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

The event will feature courses on general administrative law topics and hearing practices. Specialized subjects include: assessing credibility in telephonic hearings; applicability of exclusionary rules; conducting effective pre-hearing conferences; maintaining neutrality; decision writing; and ethical issues for lawyers and judges in administrative proceedings.
